Description: The document issued by the employer when an employment relationship is terminated or at the end of a calendar year, and forms an important basis for income taxation. The electronic employment tax statement was introduced on 1.1.2004 and has to be submitted to the tax office by Electronic Data Exchange by February 18 of the following year at the latest. The employer has to provide the employee with a print out of the electronic employment tax statement based on the official prototype provided, specifying the employment tax attributes or make it available to them electronically.
