  • Description: Reporting session is a logical state of a reporting area with a certain validity that assumes completion of several typical steps necessary to create data and send it to the reporting organization for checking. The creation of logical reports and logical documents is performed using the link to the exact reporting session. Example: Legal Entity submits form ‘RSV-1’ to the n Pension Fund on a quarterly basis. Each quarter, certain steps performed to aggregate and check the data needed for this type of reporting. Each quarter, a new RSV-1 reporting session is created. Accountants aggregate data for the RSV-1 form. Logical reports with logical documents are created and linked to this reporting session. Then, the aggregated data is sent to the Pension Fund. If the Pension Fund returns information about errors in the original data, accountants correct the mistakes and resubmit the reporting to the Pension Fund.
