  • Component Name: Japan

  • Description: An annual process in to determine the new monthly standard compensation, which is fundamental to calculate employee's social insurance contribution. It is based on individual employee's payments entitled in April, May, and June. A Santei statement can be generated after the process. However, if the condition for Geppen calculation is met at the time for this process, Geppen process should be performed instead. Accordingly, the Geppen statement shall be generated.
