Description: A status that a person has in a corporate pension plan. In this status, the person is waiting to become a participant because he or she has not met all the participant eligibility prerequisites yet. However, the person is expected to meet the prerequisites in the near future. This status equals the application waiting participant for the additional part of the Employees Pension Fund EPF plans.
Key Concepts: Participant Waiting Person is a feature in the SAP PY-JP Japan component that allows an employee to be placed on a waiting list for a particular course or program. This feature allows the employee to be notified when a spot becomes available in the course or program. How to Use It: To use the Participant Waiting Person feature, an employee must first select the course or program they are interested in. Once they have selected the course or program, they can then click on the “Participant Waiting Person” button. This will add them to the waiting list for that particular course or program. Tips & Tricks: It is important to note that once an employee is added to the waiting list, they will not be automatically enrolled in the course or program. They will need to check back periodically to see if a spot has become available and then manually enroll themselves in the course or program. Related Information: For more information about the Participant Waiting Person feature, please refer to the SAP PY-JP Japan documentation.
