  • Description: A period of time fixed by law for the existence of a right. For the Italian Public Sector, peremption is the period of time during which a specific fund is open for postings. Once the peremption is over, postings must be assigned to a new fund. For the Public Service Management, once the period is over, the purchase documents are blocked for future postings.
