  • Description: An organization may reduce the cadre strength of a roster when an employee moves out of the roster. This action results in an unassigned roster point, which is termed as a gap.

    Gap in roster is a feature in the SAP PY-IN India component that allows an employee to take a break from their regular work schedule.
