    T4 is a form used by employers in Canada to report income and deductions for their employees. It is part of the Payroll (PY-CA) component of SAP, which is used to manage payroll processes for Canadian organizations. The T4 form is used to report income and deductions such as CPP, EI, and income tax. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In SAP, the T4 form can be generated by running the payroll process. This will generate a T4 form for each employee that includes their income and deductions for the year. The T4 form can then be printed or emailed to the employee. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When running the payroll process, make sure to check the “Generate T4” box in order to generate the T4 forms. Additionally, make sure to enter all relevant information such as employee name, address, and Social Insurance Number (SIN) in order for the T4 form to be generated correctly. 
    
    Related Information: 
    The T4 form is part of the Payroll (PY-CA) component of SAP. Other components of SAP that are related to payroll include Human Resources (HR), Time Management (TM), and Benefits Administration (BA). Additionally, there are other forms related to payroll such as the T4A and RL-1 forms.
