If unapproved overtime is approved, time evaluation treats it as normal overtime. &EXAMPLE& An employee's contractual working time is 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. One day, the employee works from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m. The unapproved overtime, two hours from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., can be recognized as normal overtime if there is prior approval first.
