What is CIBE in SAP PSM-FM - Funds Management?

  • Description: A legal register that provides rules and methods relating to asset appraisal and amortization in accordance with Portaria nº 671/2000 published on April 17, 2000 valid for Public Sector. In Portuguese, CIBE stands for Cadastro e Inventário dos Bens do Estado. The objective of the CIBE is to define inventory criteria for the new funds accounting standard, and to establish uniform inventory and accounting practices affecting movable assets, vehicles, real estate, and state rights, to enable preparation of the statuatory financial statements.
