Rating of Record Pattern The specific summary levels which can be assigned to a rating of record under an appraisal program. The patterns of summary levels which shall be used are defined in 5 CFR 430.208d and in 5 CFR 430.304g. Rating of Record Period The ending date of the appraisal period for which the Rating of Record Level was issued. Refer to 5 CFR 430.203 and 5 CFR 430.303.
