    A resource pool is a feature of SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM-PFM) that allows users to manage resources across multiple projects. It enables users to assign resources to projects, track resource availability, and manage resource utilization. The resource pool also allows users to view the total cost of resources across all projects. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the resource pool, users must first create a resource pool in the PPM-PFM system. This can be done by selecting the “Resource Pool” option from the main menu. Once the resource pool is created, users can add resources to it by selecting the “Add Resource” option from the main menu. Users can then assign resources to projects by selecting the “Assign Resource” option from the main menu. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating a resource pool, it is important to consider the size of the pool and how many resources will be needed for each project. It is also important to consider how resources will be allocated across projects and how utilization will be tracked.
