    Capacity Category is a feature of SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM-PFM) that allows users to assign resources to projects based on their capacity. Capacity Categories are used to define the amount of time a resource can dedicate to a project, and can be used to ensure that resources are not over-allocated. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use Capacity Categories, users must first create a Capacity Category in the system. This can be done by navigating to the Capacity Categories tab in the PPM-PFM Portfolio Management module. Once created, users can assign resources to projects based on their capacity category. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When creating Capacity Categories, it is important to consider the amount of time a resource can dedicate to a project. This will help ensure that resources are not over-allocated and that projects are completed on time.
