  Stock Champion is a feature in SAP Production Planning and Control (PP) that allows users to assign a responsible person for each material.   How to use it: 
  To assign a Stock Champion, go to the PP module in SAP and select the “Stock Champion” option. From there, you can select the material for which you want to assign a Stock Champion and enter the name of the person who will be responsible for it. Once this is done, the Stock Champion will be notified of any changes in stock levels for that material.
