• Key Concepts: 
  Problem Window is a feature in SAP Production Planning and Control (PP) that allows users to view and manage production orders that have encountered problems. It displays all the orders that have been flagged as having an issue, such as a shortage of materials or a delay in production. The Problem Window also allows users to take corrective action, such as re-scheduling the order or ordering additional materials. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To access the Problem Window, go to the SAP Easy Access menu and select Logistics > Production > Production Control > Problem Window. This will open the Problem Window, which displays all orders with problems. To view the details of an order, double-click on it. This will open a new window with more detailed information about the order, such as the materials needed and the current status of the order. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When viewing an order in the Problem Window, it is important to check the “Status” field to see what action needs to be taken. If the status is “Waiting for Material”, then additional materials need to be ordered. If the status is “Delayed”, then the order needs to be re-scheduled.
