What is violated constraint in SAP PP-PMR - Predictive MRP?

  • Description: Issue category to indicate that a constraint defined in an earlier step is not met. For example, you can restrict a material demand quantity for a specific week or month. If the user makes changes to the simulated quantities in that week or month that exceed the restricted quantity, the system shows this issue to the user as violated constraint. A material demand must not exceed a maximum constraint. A material demand must not fall below a minimum constraint.
