  • Description: The process of reversing the recording of a tool number that was recorded for a particular operation activity. For example, in the Perform Operation Activity app, the production operator can unregister a tool that has already been registered by mistake and register a different one.

    Unregister is a term used in the Production Engineering and Operations (PP-PEO) component of SAP. It is a process that removes an object from the system, such as a material or a production order. This process is used to deactivate an object so that it can no longer be used in the system.

    To unregister an object in SAP, you must first select the object in the system. Then, you must select the “Unregister” option from the menu. This will remove the object from the system and deactivate it.
