Key Concepts: Manage Change Requests is a feature of the Fiori UI for Material Requirements Planning (PP-FIO-MRP) component of SAP. It allows users to manage and track changes to material requirements planning (MRP) data, such as changes to planned orders, purchase requisitions, and production orders. This feature helps users keep track of changes and ensure that the MRP data is up-to-date and accurate. How to use it: To use the Manage Change Requests feature, users must first select the MRP area they want to manage. Then, they can view a list of all change requests for that area. From there, they can select a change request to view more details about it, such as the type of change, the date it was requested, and who requested it. Users can also approve or reject change requests from this screen. Tips & Tricks: When managing change requests, it is important to keep track of which changes have been approved or rejected. This can be done by sorting the list of change requests by status or by using the search function to find specific requests. Additionally, users should be aware that some changes may require additional approval from other users before they can be implemented.
