  • Key Concepts:
ADU evaluation interval is a setting in the SAP PP-DD Demand-Driven Replenishment component. It determines how often the system evaluates the Automatic Delivery Update (ADU) process. The ADU process is used to automatically adjust the replenishment parameters of a material based on its actual demand.

    How to use it:
The ADU evaluation interval can be set in the system settings of the PP-DD Demand-Driven Replenishment component. It can be set to any value between 1 and 999 days. The default value is 30 days. The setting determines how often the system will evaluate the ADU process and adjust the replenishment parameters accordingly.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to set the ADU evaluation interval to an appropriate value that reflects the actual demand for a material. If it is set too low, the system may be over-adjusting the replenishment parameters, leading to unnecessary costs. If it is set too high, the system may not be able to respond quickly enough to changes in demand, leading to stockouts or overstocking.
