What is worklist in SAP PP-BD - Basic Data?

  • Description: The objects that you have selected, so you can display or change them in the Engineering Workbench. New objects that you create in the Engineering Workbench are included in the worklist.

    A worklist is a list of tasks that need to be completed in SAP PP-BD Basic Data. It is used to manage and track the progress of tasks, such as creating and maintaining material master data. The worklist can be accessed from the SAP Easy Access menu. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To access the worklist, go to the SAP Easy Access menu and select “Worklist”. This will open the worklist window, which displays all tasks that need to be completed. To complete a task, select it from the list and click “Start”. This will open the task window, where you can enter the necessary information and save it. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When working with the worklist, it is important to keep track of your progress. To do this, you can use the “Status” column in the worklist window to view which tasks have been completed and which are still pending. Additionally, you can use the “Filter” option to quickly find specific tasks.
