  • Key Concepts: Work Finished is a status in the Plant Maintenance (PM) component of SAP that indicates that a maintenance task has been completed. This status is used to track the progress of maintenance tasks and to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    How to use it: In order to set a task to Work Finished, the user must first select the task in the PM module. Then, they must select the “Set Status” option from the menu and select “Work Finished” from the list of available statuses. Once this is done, the task will be marked as completed and will no longer appear in the list of pending tasks.
    Tips & Tricks: It is important to remember that setting a task to Work Finished does not necessarily mean that it has been completed correctly. It is important to double-check that all tasks have been completed correctly before setting them to Work Finished. Additionally, it is important to keep track of all tasks that have been set to Work Finished in order to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
