The settlement order is created after the completion of the maintenance order and is used to settle the costs incurred during the maintenance process. How to use it: To create a settlement order, go to the SAP PM transaction code IW32. Enter the maintenance order number and select “Create Settlement Order”. Enter the cost center or asset to which you want to transfer the costs and click “Save”. The settlement order will be created and can be viewed in the SAP PM transaction code IW33. Tips & Tricks: When creating a settlement order, make sure that all of the costs associated with the maintenance order are included in the settlement order. This will ensure that all of the costs are transferred correctly and that no costs are left unaccounted for.
