    A safety note is a document in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) that is used to record safety-related information about a particular piece of equipment. It contains information such as the type of safety equipment required, the safety precautions that must be taken when working with the equipment, and any other relevant safety information. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In SAP PM, safety notes can be created and maintained for each piece of equipment. To create a safety note, go to the PM module and select the “Safety Notes” tab. From there, you can enter the relevant information about the equipment and save it. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to keep safety notes up-to-date and accurate. Make sure to review them regularly and update them as needed. Additionally, make sure that all personnel who work with the equipment are aware of the safety notes and follow them accordingly.
