    In order to create a maintenance call, the user must first identify the asset that needs to be serviced or repaired. This can be done by searching for the asset in the PM Plant Maintenance component. Once the asset has been identified, the user can then create a maintenance call by entering the details of the problem and assigning it to a technician.

    When creating a maintenance call, it is important to provide as much detail as possible about the problem so that the technician can accurately assess and address it. Additionally, it is important to assign the call to an appropriate technician who has the necessary skills and experience to carry out the work.
