    Follow-up action is a feature in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) that allows users to create and manage tasks related to maintenance activities.     How to use it: 
    To use follow-up action in SAP PM, users must first create a maintenance order. Once the order is created, users can then add follow-up actions to the order. Once all of the details are entered, users can save the follow-up action and it will be added to the maintenance order.
