  To use Manage Diet Groups, users must first create a diet group. This can be done by selecting the “Create Diet Group” option from the main menu. Once the diet group has been created, users can add recipes to it by selecting the “Add Recipes” option from the main menu. Recipes can also be removed from the diet group by selecting the “Remove Recipes” option from the main menu.
