  • Key Concepts:
Owning Access Control Context (OACC) is a feature of the SAP PLM Web Applications component that allows users to control access to certain objects. It enables users to define who can access, view, and modify certain objects. OACC also allows users to set up different levels of access for different users.

    How to use it:
To use OACC, users must first define the objects they want to control access to. This can be done by creating an access control list (ACL) for each object. The ACL defines which users have access to the object and what level of access they have. Once the ACL is created, users can then assign it to the object.

    Tips & Tricks:
When creating an ACL, it is important to consider who needs access to the object and what level of access they need. It is also important to keep in mind that different users may need different levels of access. For example, some users may only need read-only access while others may need full control over the object.

    Related Information:
For more information on OACC and how to use it, please refer to the SAP PLM Web Applications documentation. Additionally, there are several online tutorials available that provide step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use OACC.
