    An invitee is a user who has been invited to join a project in SAP PLM-EPD-COP Connected Products. Invitees are given access to the project and can view, edit, and comment on the project's documents and tasks. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To invite a user to join a project, the project owner must first create an invitation. This can be done by selecting the “Invite” option from the project menu. The owner will then enter the invitee’s email address and select the access level they wish to grant them. Once the invitation is sent, the invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that invitees can only be added to projects that have already been created. Additionally, it is important to ensure that the correct access level is granted to each invitee, as this will determine what they are able to view and edit within the project.
