This user role is typically used for stakeholders who need to be kept informed of changes, but do not need to make any changes themselves.

    How to use it:
To assign a reader role to a user, the administrator must first create a reader group in the SAP system. Once the group is created, users can be added to it. Once added, they will have access to view documents and other content, but not edit or delete them.

    Tips & Tricks:
It is important to remember that readers cannot edit or delete documents or other content. If a user needs to make changes, they must be given an editor role instead.
