The following participant types can be group participants: Company Organizational unit Customer Interested party You make no-name N.N. bookings for group participants. When you make an N.N. booking, you book the number of persons participating without naming the participants. If you replace bookings for a group participant, you replace an N.N. booking with a named participant.
