Component: PA-RC
Component Name: Recruitment
Description: A figure that specifies, as a percentage, the extent to which a vacancy is reserved for an applicant.
Key Concepts: Reservation percentage is a feature in the SAP PA-RC Recruitment component that allows employers to set a percentage of job openings that must be filled by members of a certain group, such as women or people with disabilities. This percentage is then used to determine the number of job openings that must be filled by members of the specified group. How to use it: To use the reservation percentage feature, employers must first specify the group for which they want to set a reservation percentage. This can be done in the “Group” field in the “Reservation Percentage” tab of the PA-RC Recruitment component. Once the group has been specified, employers can then enter the desired reservation percentage in the “Percentage” field. Tips & Tricks: When setting a reservation percentage, employers should keep in mind that it is only applicable to job openings that are created after the percentage has been set. It is not retroactive and will not apply to job openings that were created before the percentage was set.
