You will then be able to enter the parameters for the position, such as the maximum number of hours that can be worked, the maximum amount of overtime that can be worked, and the maximum amount of vacation time that can be taken. Once you have entered all of the parameters, click “Save” to save your changes. Tips & Tricks: When setting up budgeting and control rules for a position using control variable, it is important to remember that these rules are only applicable to that particular position.
