  Biz card is a feature of the Personnel & Organization Management (PA-PAO) component of SAP.   To access the biz card feature, go to the Personnel & Organization Management (PA-PAO) component in SAP. Once there, select the “Employee Master Data” tab and then select “Biz Card” from the drop-down menu. This will open up a graphical representation of the employee’s profile. From here, you can view and edit their information as needed. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When using the biz card feature, it is important to remember that it is only a graphical representation of an employee’s profile. Any changes made to the biz card will not be reflected in the actual employee master data until they are saved.
