The sending country is not necessarily the employee's country of origin or home country. &EXAMPLE& An employee who comes from Australia originally works for an American enterprise. He works for his home enterprise as an expatriate for three years in the United Kingdom and then for a further three years in the Netherlands. In this case, the USA is both home country and sending country. The United Kingdom is also a sending country but not the home country.
