  Guideline grouping is a feature of SAP Enterprise Compensation Management (PA-EC) that allows users to group together different compensation guidelines. This feature allows users to easily manage and track their compensation guidelines, as well as to quickly apply changes to multiple guidelines at once. 
  
  How to use it: 
  To use guideline grouping, users must first create a group of guidelines. This can be done by selecting the “Create Group” option from the PA-EC menu. Once the group is created, users can add individual guidelines to the group by selecting the “Add Guideline” option from the PA-EC menu. Once all desired guidelines have been added, users can then apply changes to all of the guidelines in the group at once.

  When creating a guideline group, it is important to consider how the different guidelines will interact with each other.
