The SAP system differentiates between two cost unit views of planned personnel costs: an HR view and a Controlling view. In the HR view, costs are assigned to the object "organizational unit". In the Controlling view, costs are assigned to the following account assignment objects: Cost center Order WBS work breakdown structure element
