What is attachment in SAP MOB-UIA-CP - SAP CoPilot?

  • Description: The additional information for a work item, which can be entered by the actual agent of the work item. Attachments are displayed to the recipients of the subsequent work items in a workflow in read-only form and can be SAPscript editor texts or PC application documents.

    Attachment is a feature of SAP CoPilot that allows users to attach documents, images, and other files to conversations. This feature enables users to quickly and easily share information with their colleagues or customers. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To use the attachment feature, users must first select the “Attach” button in the conversation window. This will open a file explorer window where users can select the file they wish to attach. Once the file is selected, it will be uploaded and attached to the conversation. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When attaching files, it is important to remember that only certain file types are supported. These include PDFs, images, audio files, and videos. Additionally, it is important to note that there is a maximum file size limit of 10MB for attachments.
