    Quotation Specifications are documents used in the Materials Management (MM) module of SAP to define the terms and conditions of a service contract. They are used to define the scope of services, pricing, and other contractual details. Quotation Specifications are created in the MM-SRV External Services component. 
    
    How to use it: 
    To create a Quotation Specification, go to the MM-SRV External Services component in SAP. Select “Create Quotation Specification” from the menu. Enter the details of the service contract, such as the scope of services, pricing, and other contractual details. Once all the information is entered, save the document.

    When creating a Quotation Specification, make sure to double-check all the information entered for accuracy. It is also important to ensure that all relevant parties have reviewed and approved the document before it is saved.
