  Subitem sets are a feature of the SAP MM-PUR Purchasing component that allow users to group items together and assign them a common set of attributes. This makes it easier to manage and track related items, as well as to create purchase orders for multiple items at once. 
  
  How to use it: 
  Subitem sets can be created in the SAP system by going to the Purchasing menu and selecting “Create Subitem Set”. From there, users can add items to the set and assign them common attributes such as price, quantity, and delivery date. Once the set is complete, users can then create purchase orders for all of the items in the set at once. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When creating subitem sets, it is important to make sure that all of the items in the set have compatible attributes. For example, if one item has a different delivery date than another item in the set, then it may not be possible to create a purchase order for all of the items at once.
