  Confidence Level is a feature in the SAP MM-PUR Purchasing module that allows users to set a confidence level for each purchase order.   To set a confidence level for a purchase order, users must first open the purchase order in SAP MM-PUR Purchasing. Once open, users can select the “Confidence Level” field and choose from one of four options: High, Medium, Low, or None. The confidence level can be changed at any time before or after the purchase order is submitted. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When setting a confidence level for a purchase order, it is important to consider how quickly the item needs to be delivered. If an item needs to be delivered quickly, then it is best to set the confidence level to High or Medium. If an item does not need to be delivered quickly, then it is best to set the confidence level to Low or None.
