  • Description: An overview of the stocks inventories of a particular material across all organizational levels for example, plant and storage location. The different display versions of a stock overview vary according to the different stock types and their order of listing.

    Stock Overview is a component of SAP Inventory Management (MM-IM) that provides an overview of the stock levels of a company’s inventory. It allows users to view the current stock levels, as well as the stock levels of the past and future. It also provides information on the availability of materials, the location of materials, and the status of orders. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Stock Overview can be accessed through the SAP Inventory Management module. Once in the module, users can select “Stock Overview” from the menu. This will open a window that displays all of the current stock levels, as well as past and future stock levels. Users can then filter by material, location, or order status to get more specific information. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When using Stock Overview, it is important to remember that it only displays current stock levels. To view past or future stock levels, users must use other components of SAP Inventory Management such as “Material Availability” or “Order Status”.
