What is forced pass in SAP MFG-ME - SAP Manufacturing Execution?


SAP Term: forced pass

  • Component: MFG-ME

  • Component Name: SAP Manufacturing Execution

  • Description: Operator can set a board to Forced Pass status to to simulate actual test pass when a repair operator has re-tested an SFC number and verified the defect. Completes the SFC number and sends it to the next operation instead of back to the test operation depending on the routing dispositioning or or scripting settings. Any NCs that have a defect and repair logged are verified. The system sets the verified state to Unknown and the status to Closed.
