  • Key Concepts: 
    Machine parameters are settings that are used to define the behavior of a machine in the Predictive Quality Management (PQM) component of SAP Manufacturing (MFG-DM-MI). These parameters are used to control the machine’s performance and accuracy, as well as to ensure that it is running optimally. 
    
    How to use it: 
    In order to use machine parameters, you must first configure them in the PQM component. This can be done by selecting the “Machine Parameters” option from the menu and then entering the desired settings. Once configured, these settings will be applied to all machines in the system. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to regularly review and adjust your machine parameters in order to ensure that your machines are running optimally. Additionally, it is recommended that you keep a record of all changes made so that you can easily revert back to a previous setting if needed.
