This will open a window where they can enter the details of the ride they wish to cancel, including the date and time of the ride. Once all the details have been entered, users can click “Send Cancelation Email” to send an email to the driver with the details of the canceled ride. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    It is important to note that cancelation emails are only sent if the ride has not already been accepted by a driver. If a driver has already accepted the ride, then it cannot be canceled via email. In this case, users should contact customer service for assistance.
