Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
Cross-posting is a feature in SAP Recruiting Posting that allows recruiters to post job openings to multiple job boards with a single click. This feature helps recruiters save time and effort by eliminating the need to manually post the same job opening to multiple job boards.

    How to use it:
To use the cross-posting feature, recruiters must first create a job posting in SAP Recruiting Posting. Once the job posting is created, recruiters can select the “Cross-Post” option from the menu. This will open a window where recruiters can select which job boards they want to post the job opening to. Once the job boards are selected, recruiters can click “Post” and the job opening will be posted to all of the selected job boards.

    Tips & Tricks:
When using the cross-posting feature, it is important to remember that some job boards may have different requirements for posting a job opening. For example, some job boards may require additional information such as salary range or company description. It is important to make sure that all of the required information is included in the job posting before it is posted to any of the selected job boards.
