What is weight in SAP LOD-SF-PM - Performance Management?

  • Description: The relative importance of an object compared to the sum of all other objects. For example, the weight percentage shows the emphasis put on each goal in a goal plan.

    Weight is a numerical value assigned to a performance measure in SAP Performance Management. It is used to indicate the relative importance of the measure in comparison to other measures. The total weight of all measures must equal 100%. 
    
    How to use it: 
    Weight can be used to assign importance to performance measures in SAP Performance Management. To assign weight, navigate to the “Weights” tab in the Performance Management application. Select the measure you want to assign weight to and enter a numerical value between 0 and 100%. The total weight of all measures must equal 100%. 
    
    Tips & Tricks: 
    When assigning weights, it is important to consider the relative importance of each measure. For example, if one measure is more important than another, it should be assigned a higher weight.
