Smart SAP Assistant

  • Key Concepts:
The Required Dates Editor is a feature of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LOD-SF-LMS) that allows administrators to set required dates for learning activities. This feature allows administrators to set deadlines for learners to complete their assigned activities, as well as to set start and end dates for when the activities are available.

    How to Use It:
To use the Required Dates Editor, administrators must first create a learning activity in the LMS. Once the activity is created, administrators can access the Required Dates Editor by clicking on the “Required Dates” tab in the activity’s settings. From there, administrators can set start and end dates for when the activity is available, as well as deadlines for when learners must complete the activity.

    Tips & Tricks:
When setting required dates for learning activities, it is important to consider the learners’ schedules and workloads. Setting too many deadlines or making activities available for too short of a time period can lead to learners feeling overwhelmed or unable to complete their assigned tasks.
