  Delegate is a feature in the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) that allows an administrator to assign tasks to other users. This feature allows administrators to assign tasks such as creating and managing courses, managing user accounts, and assigning roles and permissions.

  To use the Delegate feature, an administrator must first select the user they wish to assign the task to. The administrator can then select the task they wish to assign from a list of available tasks. Once the task is selected, the administrator can then set the parameters for the task, such as the duration of the task or any other relevant information. Once all of the parameters are set, the administrator can then click “Assign” to assign the task to the selected user.
