  To give kudos, simply click the “Give Kudos” button on the user’s profile page. You can also give kudos from the activity stream by clicking the “Kudos” button next to the post. You can also give kudos from the comment section of a post by clicking the “Kudos” button next to the comment. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When giving kudos, make sure to include a personalized message so that the recipient knows why you are giving them kudos. This will make them feel appreciated and more likely to reciprocate with kudos of their own.
