  SAP Jam is a cloud-based collaboration platform that enables users to connect, share, and collaborate with colleagues, partners, and customers. The “Follow” feature in SAP Jam allows users to stay up-to-date on the activities of other users. When a user follows another user, they will receive notifications when the other user posts content or updates their profile. 
  How to Use It: 
  To follow another user in SAP Jam, simply click on the “Follow” button located on the user’s profile page. You can also follow a group or topic by clicking the “Follow” button located on the group or topic page. Once you have followed a user, group, or topic, you will receive notifications when new content is posted or when the user updates their profile. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  You can customize your notifications for each user, group, or topic that you follow. To do this, go to your profile page and click on the “Notifications” tab. Here you can select which types of notifications you would like to receive for each user, group, or topic that you follow.
