  Public in SAP SF Goal Management refers to the visibility of goals and objectives. Goals and objectives can be set to be visible to all users, or only visible to the user who created them. This allows users to keep certain goals and objectives private, while still allowing them to collaborate with other users on shared goals. 
  
  How to use it: 
  In order to set a goal or objective as public or private, the user must first create the goal or objective. Once created, the user can select the “public” option in the goal or objective settings. This will make the goal or objective visible to all users in the system. If the user wishes to keep the goal or objective private, they can select the “private” option instead. 
  
  Tips & Tricks: 
  When setting goals and objectives as public or private, it is important to consider who needs access to them. If a goal or objective is set as public, it will be visible to all users in the system. However, if it is set as private, only the user who created it will be able to view it.
